John and William putting lights on the roof, Our neighbor named John the Clark Griswald of Crest Way Street because of all our lights!
We spent this Thanksgiving at home- The usual turkey dinner, and spent the rest of the day putting up Christmas decorations, John and I even watched Christmas movies Thursday night to try and get in the spirit! We missed our family terribly, and it didn't feel much like Thanksgiving really - thinking ahead to Christmas helped to cheer us all up though.
Happy Birthday Daddy!

Fall Leaves Fall !!!
I looked out of our window on Wednesday, and TONS of leaves were falling in our front yard, amazing since we don't have any trees! The kids were so cute running around with their little faces and arms raised up to the sky- praising God for his gift of nature with their joyful little spirit!
Fire Wood
John and the boys took advantage of the warm weather last weekend and cut some fire wood. John cut it and the boys hauled it in their wagon, what good helpers!

Breakfast At The Fire Hall
We woke up this moring to a still steady snowfall. The Worland fire dept. had a panckcake breakfast this morning, John and Andy were out hunting geese, so Amber and I took the kids. It was a challenge getting all 3 dressed in snow clothes and out the door by 8 o'clock, but somehow we managed. I've got to get back in the winter routine, I forgot to warm up the van ahead of time, when I went outside to put the kids in, half of the doors were frozen shut and there was ice all over. I'll be spending the afternoon trying to locate all of the kid's snowsuits and boots from last year!

Casper Trip
We went to Casper this weekend for a mini family reunion. John's grandparents, and aunt Cheryll and uncle Larry came to visit from Eads Colorado. Uncle Paul and Aunt Kim, and Scott and Cindy also came. It was a great time! I took way more pictures than are shown here, but I've been wrestling with my computer for 3 days and I just cannot get them to load. Hoping John can fix it soon, I'll post them as soon as I can!

Happy Birthday To Me!
I celebrated my birthday while we were in Casper. I had LOTS of help blowing out the candles from our kids and Emily and Alyssa. It was so much fun! Megan made me a german chocolate cheese cake, and we had an ice cream cake too.

A Belt Of A Different Color
William earned a new belt in Karate last night. He's very proud since green is his favorite color! His Sensei told him that he has to wear the new belt for 24 hours, so off he went to school today in a suit jacket and karate belt. He's now learning to use the staff which his Sensei sent home for him to practice (pray for Benjamin!), we are so proud of you William!
